Welcome to House Of Sgra

There is a stillness that lives beneath the noise of an ordinary life, and it has been waiting for you. House of Sgra is a private sanctuary for sound healing, built around the ancient voice of Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, and held for those ready to return to themselves. This is not a spa. It is a practice, a relationship, and for those who choose to stay, a sense of belonging that grows with every season you return.

More Than a Membership, a Way Home

Belonging to House of Sgra is not a subscription. It is a standing invitation to return to the parts of yourself that the world so rarely makes room for. Members do not visit us; they come home to us, again and again, at their own pace and on their own terms.

A Place Kept

Your hour is held before you know you need it. Return through the seasons, at whatever pace the year asks of you.

House Of Sgra: Meaning
& Pronunciation

Sgra (pronounced as ‘dra’) is the Tibetan word for sound. It is the single note our name is built upon, and the thread that runs through everything we do. To carry this name is to hold sound not as background or decoration, but as the very ground of presence itself.

Begin With a Taster

Our taster experiences offer a gentle first meeting with the practice, whether you are new to sound healing or simply passing through Bath and in need of a pause or looking for your perfect wellness membership.

One session to meet the practice. A single private sound bath, held with the same care as any year-long membership, so you can feel what this does in the body before you decide anything at all.

Discover Your Unique Membership

Every path through House of Sgra begins in a different place, and each membership has been shaped for a particular season of life. Whether you are taking your first tentative step or ready to weave a lasting practice into the fabric of your year, there is a place already prepared for you.

A Sanctuary a Short Distance From Bath

Set just outside the city, our studio was chosen for its quiet, not its convenience. The moment you arrive, the pace of the ordinary world is asked to wait outside. Come and see where your practice will live.

Membership Is by Application,
Not by Purchase

House of Sgra is intentionally small. Membership is offered to a limited number of people each year, following a Taster session, so that every member receives the quiet, personal attention this practice deserves.

If this feels like the place you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.
