We want you to be happy with anything you bring home from House of Sgra. This policy sets out how returns work for items purchased through our shop.

Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to give a reason. Our returns policy below extends beyond this legal minimum.

Membership refunds
You have 14 days from the day after you sign up to cancel your membership for a full refund.

If you have specifically asked for your sessions to begin within this 14-day window and have already attended one or more sessions, we may deduct a proportional amount to reflect the session or sessions you have used before issuing your refund.

General returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@houseofsgra.co.uk, and we will guide you through the process.

Incense
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened incense cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for this to appear in your account.

Return postage
House of Sgra covers the cost of return postage. Please contact us at hello@houseofsgra.co.uk to arrange your return, and we will confirm how to send your item back to us.
