Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16/09/2026
Welcome to the House of Sgra website.
By using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, govern the relationship between House of Sgra and you as a visitor, enquirer or member. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our website.
The terms 'House of Sgra', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Ling Authentic Sound Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17270550, with its registered office at 37 Great Pulteney Street, Bath, United Kingdom, BA2 4DA, trading as House of Sgra from Unit 7, Southernwood Castle, The Rocks, Ashwicke, SN14 8AP, telephone 0333 335 6371. 'You' refers to the visitor, enquirer or member using our website or services.
By using this site, you agree to the following terms:
All information and content on this website is provided for general information only, and is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Our website uses cookies to support core functionality and, where you consent, to help us understand how the site is used. Full detail is set out in our Cookie Policy.
Sessions, packages and memberships must be booked and paid for in advance through our approved booking channels. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and correct at the time of publication, though they may change from time to time. A change in price will not affect a booking already made and paid for.
Membership is offered by application, following completion of a First Light Taster session, and is granted at our discretion. Membership places are intentionally limited each year, and membership does not automatically renew.
You have 14 days from the day after signing up to cancel your membership for a full refund. If you have specifically asked for your sessions to begin within this 14-day window and have already attended one or more sessions, we may deduct a proportional amount to reflect the session or sessions you have used before issuing your refund.
We ask for 48 hours' notice for any change to a booked session, as set out in full in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice or more receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. A no-show forfeits the full session fee.
House of Sgra offers sound healing experiences intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a short consent and health information form. Certain health conditions may mean a session is not suitable for you, as set out in that form. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a session is right for you, please tell us before booking so we can discuss this with you.
We give no guarantee or warranty as to the performance, accuracy or suitability of any information, service or product offered through this website for any particular purpose. While we take reasonable care to keep our website accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for occasional errors or omissions, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Any use you make of information or materials on this website is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that a session, package or membership meets your needs before booking, including in relation to any health or accessibility requirements.
All materials on this website, including text, images, branding and design, are owned by or licensed to House of Sgra. This includes but is not limited to our graphics, appearance, design and layout. Reproduction of these materials without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Any trademarks reproduced on this website that are not the property of, or licensed to, House of Sgra are acknowledged as such. Unauthorised use of this website may result in a claim for damages.
We ask that all members and guests treat our space, our team and other members with the same care and consideration that the practice itself calls for. We reserve the right to decline or end a booking, membership or visit where this is not met.
We may place links to external third-party websites on our site for your convenience. These links do not imply any endorsement of the linked site, and we accept no responsibility for the content of any third-party website.
Your use of this website, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking.
