To honour your commitment and the time we hold exclusively for you, we ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule of a booked session.

Where 48 hours' notice or more is given, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

We understand that life does not always allow for advance notice. If you experience a genuine emergency, such as a medical issue or a sudden family crisis, please email us immediately. We will always work with you to find a reschedule that suits your circumstances.

Your session, held for you

This time is reserved exclusively for you, with no other bookings overlapping. We ask that you honour your start time, so that you receive the full benefit of your session.

Late arrivals
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and we will simply begin with whatever time remains.

No-shows
A no-show occurs when you do not arrive for your session and have not contacted us beforehand by email or through our booking platform. A no-show forfeits the full session fee, with no refund and no reschedule offered.
